Cashier- Ring up all customers as they go through cafeteria style line, answer phones and take to go orders, assist in the production and assembly of take out orders, provide friendly knowledgeable customer service, assist in maintaining overall cleanliness of dining room, work closely with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction, report to and follow the direction of management team, maintain food safety, maintain cleanliness of area, some janitorial, ability to multi-task.

Prep Cook- Follow proprietary recipes to produce various menu items, cook product according to company specifications, follow pars and prioritize tasks, work well with other team members to ensure quality product, maintain food safety, maintain cleanliness of area, report to and follow the direction of management team, place, check in and put away orders, some janitorial, strong ability to work independently and multi-task.

Pit- Follow proprietary recipes to produce various menu items, cook product according to company specifications, follow pars and prioritize tasks, work well with other team members to ensure quality product, maintain food safety, maintain cleanliness of area, report to and follow the direction of management team, some janitorial, strong ability to work independently and multi-task.

Dishwasher/Busser- Clear dishes from tables, Clean and sanitize tables and chairs between customers, provide friendly customer service, maintain cleanliness of dining room, sort dishes, scrub pots and pans, use conveyor dishwasher to wash dishes, put away dishes, pot and pans, perform janitorial duties as specified based on shift, assist in putting away orders, report to and follow the direction of management team, maintain cleanliness of area.

Bartender- Serve food and beverages to customers at their table, Mix alcoholic drinks, pour beer and wine, ring up orders and keep accurate account of open tabs, provide friendly knowledgeable customer service, provide attentive service to lottery players, follow state laws pertaining to responsible alcohol service, ability to maintain control and create a pleasant environment for all customers, bus and sanitize tables and chairs, maintain cleanliness of area, report to and follow the direction of management team, place, check in and put away orders, some janitorial, heavy money handling, strong ability to multi-task.
